Best iPhone App for Speed Traps and Traffic

We leave in 11 days. We are driving from Baltimore. I was looking online for speed trap/traffic apps for my iPhone. Does anyone use any of the apps? If so, which one? Do you find it helpful? I stay at 9 miles an hour over the posted so I usually don't have problems. It would be nice to have a safety net. Thanks in advance.

We use wayz. Usually pretty good. Not always the best at speed traps but the social aspect catches a few. Does cover speed and red light cameras here in NYC.
