Best interest rates on a CD

I have some money that I took out of a self-directed IRA and am torn between putting it back into the IRA (not sure of the interest rate, if any) or putting it into a long term (24-38 month) CD. However, the CD rates around here are sooo low!!! So far the best rate I can find is through AAA.

Anyone have any suggestions in the NE area for the best CD rate?
