in Epcot has a good value. Me the hubby shared a meal for lunch last year, way more than enough..you got your main dish plus, beans, rice and a cinnamon burro (sp) yummmm

We had the family chicken dinner at Cosmic Ray's in the MK when we were down last year. There was lots of food for all of us and it was very reasonable.
