Best Illuminations View at a Restraurant

I know that Crown & Rose Pub (UK Pavillion) is the most talked about, even though ADR cannot guarantee Patio seating.

Do any fellow Dis'ers have suggestions for nighttime Epcot dining with unobstructed Illuminations view?

Anyone tried to time it out with Chefs de France? Would love to eat there with Illumiations at same time.

R&C is the only place with unobstructed view of Illuminations, even though you have no guarantee that you will get one of those tables. All other places may offer partial views, if you are lucky enough to get a window seat.

We have dined at Bistro de Paris and seen part of the show but the trees block a lot of it. Chefs de France, sitting on ground level, will not only have those same trees but also all of the people and the kiosks, crepe stands, etc that sit between the restaurant and the lagoon.
