That would be the "Plaza Ice Cream Parlor," by name.

And I would agree that the most SPECIAL ice cream treat in all of WDW is the "Dole Whip" sold only at Aloha Isle in Adventureland.

Otherwise, I would choose a Mickey Bar at any other vendor.
