Best hotel for one-night

Hi, we planned a last-minute spring break trip to stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge for first time and we are so excited. We'll be driving down on March 30th and need a non-Disney hotel for one night to stay before we check into AKL on March 31st. Can anyone recommend a cheap but clean and safe hotel for a short one-night stay? We just want to be close to MK for a morning reservation at O'Hana on the 31st. Don't need anything fancy or big amenenities for one night just clean and safe for 2 adults and one teenager. Thanks!

The hotels over at Flamingo Crossings would be perfect for this! I have stayed there and really enjoyed it - also has a Target grocery and some food and things if you want to grab something easy when you get in.

We have stayed in the DS area on those types of situations … most recently at Hilton Lake Buena Vista which was awesome location with a walk way directly to DS …

I live about 45 minutes from the Flamingo Crossings and agree with the previous poster. It is ultra convenient and usually cost-effective.
