Best Gluten Free or Grain Free (and/or) Organic Snacks to Take WITH you to park?

I've read several posts on gluten free options, and have read some blogs about dining choices with these restrictions. I know you can request certain items from Chefs at each restaurant. My question to you is: what are your best choices for gluten free (or better yet, grain free) and/or organic (or at least GMO free) snacks to pack with you--both snacks/foods to keep in your room, and snacks appropriate to pack in a back to take into a park. It doesn't have to be BOTH GF and organic, but at least one of the two is preferred, both of the two would be awesome.

We are driving so we can buy at local grocery or Amazon in advance, or can stop by a local store to pick up more perishable things). I live in a major city and have awesome choices in grocery stores (including WF and Trader Joe's, Aldis, our Targets have a decent selection, and a few of our local chain grocery stores are slowly but surely getting a great selection.

We are staying at AS Movies so we would only have the small fridge, and no cooking accommodations.

Adult and kid-friendly options both appreciated. I try to eat as much of an autoimmune diet as I can manage to keep myself on track for. I try to feed my kids and husband similarly because of health benefits and lower cross contamination, but they certainly cheat a lot on my GF and organic choices, so it isn't a necessity for them.

Trying to think of smaller pre-packaged options for easy carry, esp into parks for snacks. But if necessary I could pre-bag in ziplocks at home.

Some I'm thinking of:
My little boy likes choc milk and I hate non-organic dairy milk, so I get him the small chocolate almond milk four packs that our local walmart (and almost no other stores! carry).

Maybe some Mom's Best Naturals Cocoa Rice cereal (gluten free) or Vans Cereals version of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. (Not the healthiest, but my family is obsessed with cereals.

I saw Annie's has some GF cheese type crackers (sort of like Goldfish) at Target.

Maybe some GF pretzels from Aldi's.

Some organic juices for the kids.

Maybe some GF bread with lunch meat for quick sandwich options in the room if we need more than a snack but less than a meal.

Way Better Tortilla Chips

Maybe small shelf-stable chicken broths for stomach soothing.

The most creative options appreciated!! I'm looking for new ideas...

I'm allergic/intolerant to over 40 foods so I'm a pro at packing/taking food with me! My son also has food allergies so we are used to needing a variety of snacks on us to keep us full. We really like 180 Snacks brand of trail mix crunch. They are high in protein and keep us full. I try to avoid sugars when snacking but on vacation, I make exception. I also take individual bags of kettle brand chips, various dried fruits, fruit and veggie pouches (I eat these as often as my son- with my restrictions, beggars can't be choosers), dry cereal or crackers for my son, Chia bars (Health Warrior brand), Lara bars and Zing bars. I also make grain free, almond flour cookies to take with us. They are also high in protein and serve more as a snack then a dessert. I find almost all of what I mentioned on Amazon and Vitacost. Happy planning! :)

I am gluten and dairy intolerant and I adore Larabars. I eat them at least once a day, oftentimes more. My DD4 has allergies and she likes the blueberry one, while I prefer the Alt Lemon Pound Cake one. But I've tried almost all of them and there's maybe 1 or 2 I dislike, but for the most part I love them all!

We all have some sort of food bar on park days. I like Larabars, we have some variety for everyone to get what they like. I typically bring those because they are pretty filling and they travel well and they can be eaten without using hands. We often have fresh fruit (an apple, for example) or flattened fruit bars. Sometimes we bring along donuts (gluten free dairy free) or other treats in bags. And beef jerkey is a hit with the youngest (she likes the turkey type). I have also made these cookies and brought them in a baggie, as they are full of protein and great snack http://www.lauraschmittne.com/2010/02/almond-flour-cookies-gluten-free-dairy.html But, if you don't want melted chocolate to contend with, consider using dried cherries instead of choc chips. They are yummy in this recipe!
