Best gluten free dining??

I'm not gluten free, but we're traveling with someone who has to eat gluten free on our trip next month and I'm sort of the group leader. So what are the best gluten free areas to eat? snacks? hints anyone can give me??

Mythos has some good gluten free options. Pad Thai, gluten free buns. When we took my gluten free father back in early 2020, they had complimentary gluten free bread appetizers that were apparently delicious. he raved about how amazing they were. Mythos is great anyway, so the fact that they have gluten free options is just icing on the cake. Highly recommend.
