My brother is sending Cam a GBA ( not an SP ) and I need to know about some games that they have. We have the old kind of gameboy and I know those games will play on it but Id like to get him some new games as well.
I want him to have some fun games but NO violent games or questionable games. Cam is 8 and the girls are 4.

Help?

Cam may like the Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past and Metroid Fusion. However, they may be too difficult for him. Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire are good, too. The Pokemon series are some of the best role playing games ever. I can't believe I'm saying that :o

DSs 5.5 and 7.5 yo like the Disney Magical Racing Tour, where you race through WDW attractions. They also like Super Mario and some of the sports ones.

DS (7) loves Pokemon Sapphire and has been begging for the Ruby version. He also really enjoys Super Mario Yoshi's Island. One game that he doesn't care for is Frogger. He just got the GBA in June so those are the only games he has so far. I know he has two friends who are 9 and they also like the Pokemon games.

My DS (5) favorites are Jimmy Neutron and Warrioland. He has a case full of others, but usually has one of these 2 in the system.

Also, there is a Mickey Mouse game that he really enjoyed...I thought it was a lot of fun too. I think it is called Disney's Magical Quest...Mickey and Minnie. It is a really fun game...not at all violent and really keeps the kids (and adults) attention. I would definately recommend.

My guys like playing kim possible

I think the girls might like Sabrina, but it could be a bit too difficult for them. I play it and I think its a bit tricky. May-Kate and Ashley games might be fun.

my DS (7) fave games are super mario bros 4 and kirby- nightmare in dreamland. he also really liked peter pans return to neverland game. his got stolen but he played it constantly before then.

My DS 10 has and seems to be very popular with the kids is MegaMan, he has blue version and there is also white verson. He said they are the best ones out now.

Binny -

did you know there is a "Finding Nemo" game available for Game Boy now? I bought it, but haven't given it to him yet.

I also bought "Island Extreme Stunts" by Lego. It looks fun. TRU has marked down alot of the older games between $9.99 - $14.99, so I bought this one.

My DS will be 6 and is a master at Playstation, so I'm hoping he'll like the GameBoy SP for his birthday in November.

Edited to add that all the games will work on Gameboy Advance or SP.

MY 5 year old daughter loves to play the Disney Princess game. Its a role playing game where you get to be Belle, Snow White, Jasmine, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty.

Thanks everybody! THere are a lot to choose from... the Nemo game sounds great!

My son is 6 and my daughter is 4 and they both have GBA...They have: Spongebob Squarepants, Disney Princess, Army Men Advance, Super Mario Advance, Super Mario Advance 2, Treasure Planet and Finding Nemo.

All of them are pretty easy for my son, except Treasure Planet, which is more advanced for him...much harder to get through for him!
