I havent really had a best friend since last year. We got in a horrible fight, and I realized how they were never my best friends. This year, I got close with my mom and this boy. But, it's completely different then having a girl best friend my age. A best friend who will stay up late with me, have sleepovers, go to the mall, talk about our crushes, etc. It's just to weird to do that with my Mom or my best guy friend.

To top it off, Im not really as close to my mom anymore, and she's making me slowly stop hanging around with my best guy friend.

I just wish I had a best friend, and that we were the meaning of "best friends".

I have quite a few best friends. 95% of them are online. Mostly from here but I have 1 best friend from school which is online.

I have a bunch of people I would consider best friends.

But my ultimate all time best friend is Mark.
I met him in grade 9 (which means we've been friends for SIX YEARS! oh gosh) and we just hit it off. We agree on tons of stuff, have the same taste in movies, share alot of interests and we just have soooo much fun together.

It's strange because people are always like 'you guys cant be best friends! one of you has to like the other!' but honest to god, neither of us sees the other like that, we have a brother-sister sort of relationship.
I love him a gazillion and he's always there to keep me company when I need it. We don't really talk about feelings, and we've only hugged like...twice in the 6 yrs we've been friends. (That's what my girlfriends are for) but he's just always there to take me out anf have a great time and get my mind off things. (like right now!!)

I have a bunch of best girlfriends, probably the one that i am closest with would be Lauren...we share everything, and she's always the first person i call when i need some good advice or someone to really talk to. She's my shoulder to cry on, my own personal Dr. Phil (and vice versa)

Well I have alot of close friends. But I only have one best friend. I've been best friends with Amanda since the day she moved across the street from me 13 years ago. We are seriously like sisters, and we know EVERYTHING about each other. Her family is like my family, and mine is like hers. We go everywhere together no joke. I'm taking her to WDW for her 2nd time in 3 weeks, and we are soooo excited. I've gone to Cedar Point, and Kalahari Resort with her too, and her parents paid for me. She's also gone up to my property in the Northern part of Michigan everytime I've went. We are about as close as friends could get.

I have a best friend. But it took years for both of us to trust each other enough.
We had rough patches, but eventually we both realized that we would be there for each other, no matter what.
I helped her through a few things she was going through, and she helped me go through a few things.

I get jealous of her all the time, but in the end I just remember that I'm important to her, too.

As for other friends? Me? Not really outside of school.. it stinks.. but after 5 years, you get used to it.

We went to WDW last summer together and had a blast!

I can also honestly say that Mandy and Kara are my best friends.
I know a lot of people probably object to the idea of being best friends with people on the internet, but seriously they get me like no one else. We have so much in common and just kind of clicked. I feel like I've known them forever. We have tons of awesome inside jokes and I can always just laugh at random times of the day thinking about some of them. And texting is great, because when I'm out and see something that reminds me of them or see something they would like I can just take a picture of it and send it to them right there. And planning our three way call was great. xD I'm so counting the days until next summer when we meet up...it's going to be amazing. The Plan forever!

We've gone through a lot together, from her grandpa dying to my recent surgury, but we always know that we'll be there for each other.

i have close friends, but i wouldnt , like invite them over to my house or call them constantly just to say, hey. come over now. or something.
i have 1 best friend of 3 years. i had two but my other friend turned into a jerk and had some issues.
and really, me and my best friend have been best friends since the day i met her, but i really just didnt know it. like we were mean to eachother, but in a friendly kind of way. i dont think weve ever fought, and if we do it lasts like 2 seconds.

I believe I have about 3 best friends. One I have known since we were 5 and we just hit it off immediately when everything was so easy. And we stayed together when things got more complicated and harder. It never seemed to make a difference for us, I can tell her everything and she just gets it. Sometimes I don't understand how she does it.

Another I've only known since maybe the end of 8th grade, and she's just amazing. She is genetically incapable of moping or being really over the top sad. Even so, whenever I get that way she just gets it immediately and knows what do to get me out of it. It's great, she doesn't spend time dwelling on the problem, she right away wants to fix it.

Then I really do consider Zach one of my best friends, not just my boyfriend. I've only known him since 7th grade but we just feel like we got so close really fast. But it didn't really feel like it was rushing. I love how he has all the qualities of a really good friend but he also just truly loves me and cares about me too. He can just read me like a book, I pride myself on hiding it when I feel really upset, but he sees right through it. And he LETS me be sad, but then after I've sufficently moped he helps me through whatever it is.

Yep, those two right there are my best friends!
Like Elsie said, I feel like I've known them for a long time and we've got so much in common. Even my parents know their names. xD I love our inside jokes and we have a lot of plans for the future. We text each other a lot, I talk to them more than any friends that I have IRL. I feel like I can talk to them about anything. I can't wait until summer so we can finally meet up! I love them both.

Out lockers are all next to eat other.
Our Halloween costumes were a group thing.

We can tell each other ANYTHING.

We have so many similarities which is great.

But our differences are what make us so strong, we like complete each other!

We just have SO much fun when were together!

She doesn't even knock anymore, it is just like shes part of my family.

We don't even have a reaction when we do things simotamiously anymore. And no i dont just mean saying the same thing at the same time, like we will sniff at the same time, take a sip of our drink at the same time, cough at the same time, laugh out of nowhere at the same time.

It's pretty amazing I could write for hours about us!

Yes. My best friend is not my best friend, she is my sister. The only thing that says otherwise is our blood. I tell her everything, she tells me everything. She's been with me through sickness and health, through fights and arguments. If she were a boy I think I'd marry her.

I also have another best friend. We tell eachother pretty much everything, except for things I promised to others and I don't let them down, but that's rare. She's like a sister to me, and even though we do things that we don't agree with (she likes drugs, I'm straight-edge), we don't belittle each other for it. We call each other names, but we mean it as a term of endearment.

My former best friend is now just a friend. I was 13 and petty and "broke up" with her for a stupid reason. I got sick and realized life is too short, and we reconnected instantly. I'm hoping we can be best friends again because I really miss her, she truly has a heart of gold.
