Anyone know of or use a free web hosting site that allows users to use FTP to upload their files?
Because I'm creating the webpage in Publisher, I'm not interested in sites that require users to use the sites tools to build the website (e.g., Yahoo).
Someone I know is starting a new business and has a simple website created. He can't figure out how to embed a video clip (not interested in linking to YouTube). I thought it would be interesting to learn how to do this so I offered to look into it for him. I want to do some testing and need to find somewhere that will host my testing for free. I do not want to have the responsibility of having access to his website, etc.
TIA for any suggestions!
cheers,

Then I copied & used each page's URL as it appears in the browser bar as my web URL.

) and Photobucket was even able to automatically change the format when I uploaded it, so that it would play through Photobucket's Flash Macromedia player.
