Which resort would be best for a family of five with three teenaged girls - Poly or Boardwalk Inn? Also, I heard there is so much construction going on at Poly that it ruins the experience. Does anyone know when that is complete? I've never been so I'd hate for my first (and probably only) to be ruined.

I can speak from experience. Last summer we took my daughter and three of her friends for her 16th birthday down to Disney and stayed at the beach club villas. They had a blast and because the area is so convenient, and of course of the use of cell phones, they were able to go out on their own and mom and dad enjoyed their own thing. My older daughter, 23, and a friend came down over the weekend and they also loved the location. with the two parks right there, oodles of food places and a great pool where lots of the kids get together it is the place to be. We are DVC owners and previously only stayed at OKW but until my daughter is in college and we get to vacation alone we will be waiting for OKW quietness. The game rooms are great and just all of the room around that area. You may also want to consider renting from a DVC member for a large unit with a kitchen, washer and dryer, and just a LOT more room with the teenagers. Check out the DVC rent & trade board. Good luck and I loved it and would take the 4 16 year olds girls again in a heartbeat if I had enough points and money, we were there for 2 weeks and the kids were NEVER bored.
