Best Food?

We are going in October and we will be there for my dad's birthday...58!! We will have 2 year old and 9 year old. We want to eat some really good food!! Where's the best place to go for his birthday that has great food??

You might want to consider the buffet at the Grand Floridian (1800 Park Fair?). It was wonderful when I ate there. It's a character dinner as I recall, so it'd be great for the children too.
