best food? ohana or kona

i prefer the food at Kona but there is entertainment at Ohana and it's more geared to kids. You don't get to limbo limbo or line dance at Kona.

have fun!

I agree. Kona food is amazing, but the entertainment for the kids and if you wait for a table with a view of the castle -- amazing! It's more of a "fun" time, but family style, nothing out of the ordinary food, but a great time for sure. Can you do both? :)

This is a tough one!
These are 2 of my favorites.
Kona has great food, and I personally love (please don't flame me...) the food at Ohana too. I could eat that whole bowl of noodles myself...oh and the whole dish of wings and potstickers...

I think the atmosphere at Ohana is better for kids.

I think Im defanitely in the minority but my family didnt like Kona..

The famous tuna oscar was dry and tasteless, my DH and DS steak was grissly and seemed cheap. DD shrimp and scallops seemed ok just wasnt alot on the plate.

Dessert was great tho..

Ohana we love everything about it except maybe that it can get quite crowded
The salad, stir fried veggies, potstickers, wings, grilled steak, chicken, shrimp are very good and the bread pudding is to die for and Im NOT a bread pudding fan normally..

I say you should try every place atleast once so if you can do both do it!

By the way I hear amazing things about Kona breakfast so maybe do breakfast there and dinner at Ohana?

I prefer Ohana however if you are looking strictly at the quality of the food and nothing else then Kona wins hands down

I can't choose, Kona has great tasting food and great desserts. O'hanna has a big variety of meats and you can have some of each so we do one place one year and the other the next year.

again one more vote for food Kona some of the best in Disney World. Atmosphere, entertainment for kids then its O'hana

Having dined at both we enjoyed Kona better, we felt a little bit rushed at Ohana. But we will be giving Ohana another try this year.

Both are good.

If you're on a time budget... go with Kona.

At Ohana it is normal to wait way past your wait time and to wait on your server because it is so busy. Plus the little kids get up and dance, etc. That adds some time.

Ohana is a nice experience.

I much prefer Kona for breakfast...it's really good.
