Hi everyone, it's been a long time since I visited the Dis. We were due to go out to Orlando at Easter but had to cancel due to my son getting a job (he's just started working at Warner Bros Studios on the Harry Potter studio tour). The day we were due to fly out is the day of the grand opening of the studios. It's absolutely fantastic news and I'm so happy for him but I need my Disney fix and soon  We are tied to school holidays so are looking at the end of Aug to fly back by 1st September at the latest. The best I have found is £480ish for 20th Aug to 1st September. That seems like a good price but just checking with the experts (Wayne) before booking. Thanks Tracy

I found £425 but I think the return date was after the 1st September, around the 5th perhaps later, because I'm not tied to school holidays. I think it was with Delta though if you want to have a Google.

I checked Netflights.com and i found 23rd-31st Aug £729 per adult indirect. If you return after the 5th sept the price drops to £540 again indirect.

Nothing better than £480, its about as cheap as it gets now for those dates. If hiring a car just check TPA also, 20-30 mins further away than MCO but sometimes far better flight times.
Welcome back :goodvibes

Thanks everybody. I can't travel back any later than 1st September so looks like I'll book at £480.

I would go with the £480. Prices have been crazy. We refused to pay nearly £1000 each with VA direct for same dates as you and indirect were not much better at the time so moved our dates and unfortunatley took kids out of school for 2 days. Saved nearly a £1000.Not possible for some I know. Welcom back Tracy

To be honest I dont really know:confused3 3 years ago I would have said November - early march but there are sales; input errors where companies have put the wrong prices on or put Premium economy on for cheaper than economy.
The dearest we have ever paid is this august and that is abt £625 each.November last year we paid £405 these were through complete orlando. They were cheaper than VA direct. Its best to choose a month you would like to go and just check everyday. As I havent got a CC I have to pay via a company that does a deposit(BA VH(No way would I book with them again:mad: ) Complete orlando or total florida).
When are you thinking of going? November and september are my personal favorites .Lovely weather and low crowds:woohoo:

Crabbie I have been twice before always in September but I have priced up for June and this seems to be even cheaper, I am going to try the DIY method this time I used VA last 2 times
