Which disney resort has the best fireworks/night time show view from a room?
:teacher:

Polynesian Concierge, Lagoon View Hawaii.

Second best choice would likely be guaranteed MK view, CR tower room.

The best view is in the GF. A cast member told us this. He said that a room in the Big Pine Key resort (4 floor) was the best view. It just so happened that we were staying in that room lol. We have stayed in that room every time we stay at the Grand Floridian. There are two balconies and the room is so large.

We just got back from a stay at the GF. We also had a huge corner room in Big Pine Key. We were on the first floor in 9147 and had an awesome view of the fireworks. It was so great that we left the park to be back in our room to watch from there.

But the GF lagoon view rooms are not GUARANTEED to have a MK view.

I've had a Castle view from Conch Key twice. Nice, but I'll take the Polynesian view over it any day.

I agree! We had a lagoon view - MK view in Sago Cay. It was a great view, but it wasn't a dead on shot. Although we didn't have a LV room at the Polynesian, when we walked by the Hawaii building, I could just tell that those rooms have breathtaking views! It's like a panoramic shot of the entire MK area. GORGEOUS!

Someday my DH and I will stay there!!!

I have to say the CR tower rooms have better views of the fireworks IMHO (and there are a lot more of them so you stand a better chance of actually getting one).

We request the room in the Big Pine Key at the GF very early in advanced and then called again the last week to re-request the room and again two days before. We have gotten the room every time so far. The room is a corner room and like I said before, it is on the fourth floor. The CM told us that we will not find another room like it with such a great view. The only other room he said that comes close, is in the seventh building. So we seem to have gotten the room easy enough.
