Best Fireworks Show

In trying to plan a quick trip to WDW, of the three fireworks shows, which is a must see? Wishes? IllumiNation? or Fantasmic?

I've seen Fantasmic several times at DL.

Also...is SpectroMagic worth watching? Only being offered one of the days I'm there.

If you have seen Fantasmic already at DL then you can probobly skip the WDW version. It is a bit different, and nicer in an amphitheatre designed for it, but you wouldn't really be missing much. On the other hand you can ONLY see Illuminations in Epcot and I think it might be the best "show" in Disney. Plus I am assuming you have seen the fireworks in DL before (since you have seen Fantasmic) so even though watching the Fireworks over the castle is special, you should experience Illuminations since it sounds like you have never seen that one before.

I love Fantasmic, but if you've already seen it....

Wishes, we make sure to see it at least once every trip. We hadn't seen the show at Epcot in several, several years not sure it was called Illuminations at that time. Well last May we decided to watch it and didn't think it was anything special. I love Wishes. It still makes me teary watching it. Since 2003 I've seen it about 15 times. If you watch Wishes try and be at be in front of the castle but within view of the bridge to Tomorrowland so you can see Tinkerbell fly (weather permitting). Just seeing the faces of kids as they see her and shout "Tinkerbell". Love it Love it Love it.

Fantasmic, though I really don't consider it a "fireworks" show now that I've seen it.

Tried Wishes twice...even my kids (12,7,5,3) ask not to see it. LOVE Illuminations...we watched it 3x this trip. My 5 + 7 yo's didn't care about it either way but me, dh, dd12 and dd3 couldn't get enough of it. Wish I had it on video. I do have the cd though, and listen to it ALL the time. That display chokes me up every time!

If you've seen Fantasmic at DL several times, then you'd likely be disappointed in the WDW version. My first choice to see is Illuminations and second choice is Fantasmic.

I love Wishes! I have to see the fireworks at the MK to make it a WDW trip. And SpectroMagic is so cool also. Both of them make my day WDW complete, w/o them it would just not be the same

I love them all. Illuminations is my favorite though. Wishes is really good. Fantasmic is better in DL. I love spectromagic but it isn't the same without Roger Rabbit.

Wishes! Definitely! It's my favorite night time show by far. LOVE it! I could watch it every night. I even have the CD and listen to it all the time.

I like Illuminations too, Fantasmic, I can take it or leave it. I mainly hate the wait for Fantasmic.

Spectro Magic is very cool, if you have never seen it, it is worth making time for. The music and lights and everything are something to see.
