We are heading off to DLP in about 9 days and are keen to make a few ADR's before we go (if we're not too late).
Have no idea what restaurants are recommended?

I stayed at Sequioa Lodge last year with DS and we tended to eat at hotel or in the Marketplace (Annettes,Planet Hollywood & Rainforest Cafe)

This year because DH going (he has a BIG appetite)we've booked half board plus meal plan and are keen to explore some other restaurants?

I cannot recall seeing many in the parks when I was there last year but could be wrong.

Any experiences/ must do's appreciated.

also heard there was a Buffalo Bill show-whats that like then as quite 'pricey'.Is it worth the money?

thanks

For me Cafe Mickey is a must :thumbsup2 but also the steakhouse in the village, Walts and Lucky Nugget in the disneyland park and we were also very impressed with the hotel restaurants esp Newport Bay. I havent tried it myself yet but Innoventions at DLH is meant to be very nice too.

I would imagine your would be ok booking in advance, we went this time last year and just made them in the morning of each day but it depends how busy the resort is.

I have pre booked walts, lucky nugget and cafe mickey. All good for HB plus vouchers.

(I'm at Sl too!)

You are definitely not to late. In fact restaurant reservations can only be made 60 days or earlier at Disneyland Paris.
Have a look at the restaurant faq and you'll see the table service restaurants listed by location :)
Most of the Disney Village restaurants do not take reservations :)

For us, Cafe Mickey's a must as well. We have also been to Walt's, which was nice.

Next trip, I'm going to (or hoping to) book Inventions at DLH, Sunday brunch at Steakhouse and probably Cafe Mickey again. Just need to convince DH on the 1st two lol.

We have eaten at walts and the portions were huge, was very uncomfy after eating it especially as we had a charactor bf in the morning. as we went in jan the park shuts earlier so last reservations were at 3.30pm. We also ate at the blue lagoon, but the menu is pretty much all fish dishes so if you like fish you'll have a good meal here! The kids menu didnt have much variety choice of 3 dishes and the teenager menu was much the same. planet hollywood ate there once and it was fab must eat there again!! annettes is good!!
The wild west show was good too, the meal was good and filling, your beer glass was filled up twice and the entertainment was good. my husband nearly lost his voice from yee ha ing!!!

Rainforest was good they do nice cocktails, service was a bit poor, bit who cares i was in disney!!!

i quite liked the rain forest cafe & the steak house, i actually wasnt to mad on cafe mickey's food tbh :(

i've been to buffalo bills wild west show twice and i think its a very enjoyable show and worth the money, they get the whole crowed involved the atmosphere is great and the food isnt to bad either :) its €59 for an adult i think the show only lasts about 1 hour 30 mins i could be wrong tho!

colonel hathi in adventure land is good for pizza :)

We ate at Walts last time and were very impressed - lovely food and excellent service. We thought the food actually quite similar to the California Grill which is another favourite (funny how I always manage to find a 'special occasion' that requires a night at the CG every time we go!)

Blue Lagoon is always worth considering - you're paying for the atmosphere and setting really - the food was ok, but I wasn't altogether impressed, I thought it was a lot of money for what we got. Service was good.

I've never managed to eat in the steakhouse, the lucky nugget, cendrillon, the silver spur....still have lots to 'tick off'. As we go in the winter we don't want to eat a massive lunch because it takes up time we could be spending in the parks as they close quite early. So we usually just have a hayuge breakfast, snack lunch usually from Fuente del Oro or similar, and a couple of bits and bobs from carts during the day. By dinnertime everything in the park is closed so we don't have that option.

In the village we usually end up in annettes or the rainforest - saving money for that all important trip to California Grill!

I would highly encourage Walts, i love it in there, great atmosphere, and scrumptious food! If you can, try inventions to.

Not the biggest buffalo bill fan, (mainly as my fiancée dosn't like the food at all!) but its different, a good night out for the kids & for the kids in all of us, but don't expect much of the food e.g chilé, cornbread, sausages.

Thanks everyone.
Thats given me 'food for thought'!!

I didn't realise I had so any options.:thumbsup2

Walts is half way down Main street on the corner on your left hand side as you face the castle.

Innovations is in the Disneyland Hotel- not sure where exactly but i'm sure u'll be able to find it once in the hotel.

Lucky Nugget is in Frontierland its not far from the enterance but keep walking as if you where going to the Haunted Mansion.

The park maps will also have the restaurants marked on them.
