Best FastPass Kiosk between rope drop and Peter Pan

Where should I head at rope drop if I want to make same day fast pass reservations when the park opens, if the rest of my party is heading to Peter Pan first?

There is a FP+ kiosk outside Philharmagic in Fantasyland, around the corner from PP.

There's also two kiosks in City Hall. Never busy the few times we've used them as they don't show up on FP kiosk lists.
