Best Fast Casual/Quick Service Off Property?

I will be arriving early before my park days and I was wondering if there are any unique quick service type places nearby I might want to try. I am staying on property, but will have a car.

im not sure about unique but almost any chain restaurant is somewhere nearby. You also might be interested in a mystery theatre, Pirates dinner adventure or Medieval Times.

Not sure what day of the week you are arriving, and what time you might be able to make it on property, but Sangria University is held on the weekends at Coronado Springs (starting at either 2 or 3 pm....I cant remember which). We have done it twice and it is our favorite non-park day thing to do. You can't beat the price, either ..... unless it's changed since last fall, it's only $45 per person including tax and gratuity, and includes a lovely appetizer from Three Bridges Bar & Grill.
