We have F! reserved dessert seats next week, and I want to make sure we get the best seats if I'm going to be waiting in the crazy line for ~ 2 hours. What seat #'s are the best and the 2nd choice? We have me-DW, 5'7" with a bad knee, DH-5'10", and 2 DD's who are about 5'1" and 5'. I know I've seen posts with seat #'s to try to get, but I can't seem to come up with that info know searching the forum. Thanks for any help! I definitely want to be prepared! :)

Front row, seats 1 to 4 are divine. Then there's a small aisle before seats 5 through 8, and seats 5 and 6 are partially obstructed by a brick pillar and not ideal -- my brother-in-law in seat 6 couldn't see to the sides and could only see things passing directly in front of him. :( We were a group of 6, so had front row 1-6.

If I had it to do over again, I would choose front row, 1-4, and second row, 1-2. For a party of 4 like yours, I'd do front row, 1-4. But be warned: You'll need to be first in line to check in to get those. They tell you to check in at 8:00, but I lined up a little before 7:00 and had someone else in line behind me within a few minutes.

Perfect, thanks! Do you suggest a 2nd choice if those seats are already taken?

With young kids, I'd suggest 3rd row as a second choice because they're allowed to stand, though standing kind of defeats the whole reserved seating purpose.

But for adults, I'd do second row, seats 1 to 4. We had the loveliest group of NICU nurses behind us in those seats, and they said they could see really well behind us (although I'm short and had two kids with me!).

The dessert tray contains a to-die-for raspberry-filled shortbread cookie that the CM said you can't get anywhere else in DL. It's exclusive to the F! dessert trays. I'm not even a raspberry fan and it was the best cookie I've ever had. You can also have unlimited hot chocolate and/or sodas until the show starts. For us, it was an absolutely wonderful experience and well worth the splurge. Enjoy!!!

Here is my priority: First thing I look for is the front row if I have all adults. If we have little ones and a group of 4 or 6, we will do kids in row one and adults in row two directly behind them (keep them in view and can see right over them). Second priority is as close to the center tower as possible. The seats further to the left (towards Haunted Mansion) are still good seats but get closer to being between the front and side water screen. The center section views the center screen dead on. Third priority is to sit as close to the center of each section as possible. The outside seats can have a partial view block by the concrete pillars depending on where you are looking. All the island is visible, but some of the floats and boats can be obstructed.

All in all, they are ALL great seats and I don't mind sitting in row three and won't complain!

...unless you are going on Memorial Day weekend when I will be there and ahead of me in line...then you will want only the third row seats...they are the BEST!

Thanks! Our girls are almost 13 and 11 1/2, so they are past the need to get up and move around stage. The cookies and hot chocolate sound amazing!!! So excited for this splurge! :-):cool1:

Thanks! No worries, we are going next weekend. :) So are seats 1-4 on the left side of the center tower and 5-8 on the right side? We basically have 4 adults size-wise: everyone is 5' tall or above. So it sounds like you are saying front row seats 1-4 since we are all adult sizez?

Seats 1 through 4 are much more centered. 5 to 8 are much more to the left of center (as you sit facing the island). I would definitely shoot for front row, seats 1 to 4. :thumbsup2

If you want seats 1-4, you should line up by 6. The few times we have done it i lined up at 6:30, and there already two groups in front of me.
