Hello House of Mouse Community!

My wife and I will be staying in the Epcot Resorts this upcoming September and will be spending a bulk of our time exploring the attractions and food offerings of Epcot! This far we have frequented Le Cellier, San Angel Inn, & La Hackenda Restaurant. We are interested in Monseiur Paul, Coral Reef, & Rose & Crown! We also would love to try restaurants at the Epcot resorts including, but not bound to, the following: Flying Fish, Cape May Cafe, & Tratorria Al Forno! We were curious if other members would list their top five favorite restaurants of Epcot and it's surrounding resorts that we must try, even if they are restaurants that we have already been to! Thank you and we look forward to hearing back from everyone!

So many options! We love la hacienda and rose and crown, especially if we can time it with fireworks. If not, the food is still tasty as anything I think. It's been several years, but we also liked the Moroccan restaurant, and one of our wish list places is spice road table. If you like steaks, we enjoy the yachtsman more than Le cellier though it is pricey. We love the big river grill, the food is tasty, reasonably priced, and easy on us during hot busy park time. We haven't tried the newly redone flying fish (but we have ressies for Monday night!) or the Italian place, though it smells yummy whenever I walk by.

If you are looking for snack options (I'm a snack fan), pastries at BW bakery are good, as is the ice cream shop. We also enjoy the French bakery in Epcot, they have a fantastic variety of sweet and some savory snacks. Some days instead of a sit down meal we will walk WS and eat various snacks around the world, fills us up and we get a good variety. either way, it's definitely fun to explore!

Our favorites in Epcot that you have not tried are Chefs de France, Rose & Crown, and Garden Grill breakfast. As for the Epcot area resorts, we love Yachtsman, Cape May breakfast, and Shula's at the Dolphin.

Biergarten is my favorite buffet at WDW, followed shortly by Cape May. Everything I have read has been that Flying Fish is one of the best restaurants at Disney (especially after the renovation), but I have yet to go.

We love Monseiur Paul, Le Cellier and Les Chef de France (however I was disappointed our last time there) in Epcot and the Flying Fish on the Boardwalk.

Our hands-down favorite in EP is Spice Road Table. Great food, lovely atmosphere, fantastic staff. We also like Monsieur Paul. Again, lovely atmosphere, great food and incredibly professional staff.

On the Boardwalk, we really like Trattoria al Forno, but we won't return to Flying Fish. We found the food to be mediocre and the service was terrible. I would recommend going to AbracadaBAR for a drink!

At BC/YC, consider Capt. Grille. The food is very good, it has a relaxing atmosphere and the staff are very nice.

If you aren't on the dining plan, I highly suggest going to some of the Swan/Dolphin restaurants which are, arguably, some of the best on property. bluezoo, Kimono's and Il Mulino are our favorites. If you have to pick one Italian (Trattoria vs. Tutto vs. Il Mulino), Il Mulino would get my vote.

All of the options you listed sound great and we are going to try the Yachtsman in lieu of Le Cellier predicated upon your recommendation and many others who agree with you! :)

Some truly wonderful information! We did go to the AbracadaBar on our honeymoon last September and it was AMAZING! The atmosphere was incredible, the drinks were great, rand the magic tricks added a special element to the experience! I made note of your suggestions to try the Swan and Dolphin restaurants, which we weren't even aware of before you mentioned them! Additionally, we noted Il Mulino, which looks great! We very much appreciate your advice and great information!! Discussing all of these great options only makes us more eager to go back to Disney sooner!!

Rose and Crown is our tradition. The staff are extremely friendly, and we love the English fare. Also, they always ask us if we would like to stay for the Illuminations show. Usually, they hold dessert until after the show and we come back in and finish our meal. Or, if you have a seat on the patio, it's perfect for viewing the show.

Our favorite in the EPCOT area are:

1. Tratorria Al Forno (Boardwalk)
2. Teppen Edo (Japan)
3. Akurshus (Norway)
4. Les Chef de France
5. Garden Grill

Rose and Crown! Agree with above poster, this is our tradition.

We also really like Via Napoli, Le Cellier, Yatchsman, Cape May for dinner seafood buffet and Teppan Edo. We tried San Angel Inn and Coral Reef and will not return, bad experiences!

The Via Napoli's pizzas look incredible so that has been added to the list! Is the Cape May Cafe's seafood buffet as good as it looks! On our last trip we passed by the restaurant and my mouth watered so it is on our list for our upcoming restaurants binge! I literally don't think there is something more perfect than time with my wife, seafood, and Disney...especially all you can eat seafood!

Yeah! Via Napoli's pizza is fabulous!!

We really like Cape May, a must for our family. We think the quality is above regular buffet food, we have always had fresh crab legs, many varieties of shrimp and other savory items. For us, it's a YES!
