Tangierine Cafe for number 1CS, Sunshine Seasons next.

Rose & Crown
Les Chefs de France
Biergarten
Monsieur Paul
Tutto Italia
Akershus (in terms of food)

I haven't been to Teppan Edo, Tokyo Dining, Marrakesh, Nine Dragons, San Angel Inn, La Hacienda, Garden Grill, or Coral Reef recently enough to really say much at this point.
