I know at disney we can go pretty much anywhere with children, but what restaurant would you suggest in Epcot for an "antsy" 2yo?

My parents are meeting us for a day and looking for a fun place to go. I was thinking of Beirgarten, but was wondering if there was something better.

Any suggestions?

Especially at the restuarants at Epcot can you go anywhere with children, even an "antsy" 2 year old. That being said, the Morroccan restaurant (with the belly dancer) is lots of fun, as is the restaurant inside the Mexican pavilion (where it is always dark and, from the right seats, you can see the boats from the ride going by).

Top two for my boys as toddlers (and still are) Garden Grill (Chip, Dale, Mickey, Pluto) and it rotates so you are not always looking at the same things in the background OR The Coral Reef with all of the fish and sharks and rays and the turtle swimming by it's hard not to love it!!

My choices would be Garden Grill (lots of distraction) or Biergarten (2-yr-old can be on the dance floor with other kids - great energy diffuser)

I would say the Garden Grill in the land pavillion. It's served family style and they have characters come around for all 3 meals (I think it's Chip and Dale)

Coral Reef! The fish and divers are a great distraction, and you might even get lucky and see Mickey diving!!! :goodvibes

DS2.5 loved Alfredo's in Italy with all the napkin waving and singing... :confused3

He really hated any restuarant that was dark.

Never tried Garden Grille, but we are testing it out this year.

Good luck!!

We like either Garden Grill or Coral Reef. DS likes to sit and watch the fish swimming by in Coral Reef.

My only peaceful meal with my 2 year old occured at Teppenyaki, we LOVED the food, she sat there downing the food and loving the entertainment of them cooking in front of us, PEACEFUL meal, it was GREAT. Alfredo's was a VERY long meal and I had to leave the restaraunt during desert due t all of the sitting, great food and my DH and I loved it, but a little to long for a 2year old. I second Garden Grill, character interaction is great, but I don't like the food (that's just me personally)
