I read all five pages and have a couple of ideas to add (please excuse me if I missed the information in one of the posts, but I did try to check to see if the ideas were already listed):
1. Don't know if you want to add a section on special events at EPCOT:
A. At Christmas, each country has a traditional storyteller (often a Santa-like character) who tells about Christmas in their country;
B. The Candlelight Processional at Christmastime is amazing. Each night between Thanksgiving and the end of December there is a celebrity narrator that reads the Christmas story and a huge choir that sings accompanying songs;
C. The Food and Wine Festival in October/November adds a bunch of booths from countries not in the World Showcase during the rest of the year (as well as booths from the existing countries) and each sells snacks and beverages from those countries. The snacks count as snack credits on the
Disney Dining Plan.
D. The Flower and Garden Festival in the Spring adds gorgeous flower displays all over EPCOT, as well as a Flower Power concert series.
2. I read about a bachelorette party that went around the World Showcase and asked each princess for their "Happily Ever After" advice.
3. It is fun to Drink Around the World Showcase. Every country has several adult beverages available, often including beer, wine, and cocktails. You can get a free passport online (with a shipping fee) at DrinkAroundtheWorldShowcase.com. I just ordered three for our Christmas trip. They also have a deluxe guide with a list of possible beverages in each country and a review of all the bathrooms of the World Showcase.
4. An additional photo idea: take a picture in each country using a traditional item (like fans in Japan, the puppets in China, paintbrushes in France, drums at the outpost, beer steins in Germany...)
5. Three Hidden Mickeys:
A. In Norway, as you are loading the ride, look at the painting on the wall. One of the vikings is wearing mouse ears.
B. In Morocco there are three plates hanging on one of the doors on the water side shop in the shape of a Mickey head.
C. In Germany, look at the crowns of the kings above the beer stein store - one of the three kings has a Mickey head in the center of the crown.
That's it for now!
