phinz - LOL about no reservations. I just wondered. I mean - he eats live things, but he draws the line at lukewarm sauce?!
Reading the whole paragraph, it seems as though he is very tongue-in-cheek with this, or at least I hope so. I've worked in a couple restaurants as well, and we never strained old butter for bread crumbs and cig butts, then served it to patrons.

BTW - congrats on 20 days smoke free. Good job!
