Best Eastern excusion with a one yr old?

Does anyone have a suggestion for great Eastern excursions for a young toddler? I will need to bring a stroller along and would love to know what is accessible and fun. I know that my DD will not make it in Flounder's Reef. She has big time separation anxiety (my fault I spoil her!!). Any help would be appreciated!

We did the Eastern last month. There were little ones on both our excursions. Butterfly farm and St. Thomas Beach day. They seemed to enjoy them. I would bring some things along for the bus rides whatever you do- that is when they seemed to get the most restless.
