I’m staying at Copper Creek the weekend after the election to decompress. Going to join the AK waitlist to see if I can sneak in and be closer to McRib.

McRib? Tell me when the McDonalds McCaviar service returns. I looking to supersize it with the common accompaniments and accouterments including creme fraiche, lemon wedges, hard-cooked eggs (yolks and whites chopped separately), mini potatoes, minced onions, blinis, and toast points lightly coated with unsalted butter.

Just got back from a WDW trip and got the McRib. It was just as glorious as I remember it from many years ago. I enjoyed it with a glass of wine.
