Best DVC Resale resources

Hello, all!

I know about the TSS, but I'm wondering if there are more DVC resale sites or resources? Are there resources that any other DISboarders would recommend? If you bought resale, where did you buy?

I'm looking for information regarding the costs, process, and benefits of resale. I know that it's somewhat of a buyers market on DVC resale, and am hoping to buy in this summer.

I can definitely recommend Jaki Apetz and **** ***** with resales dvc. Here is their website www.**********.com

We have used them and many others on these boards have used them for their resales. They are great to deal with, very professional and have been selling DVC for over 15 years.

I am confident you will get great service.

If you are looking for a specific contract size, especially those small point contracts, you need to get on the list with your resale broker. Many of the good contracts never hit the websites.

I'm pretty sure you will find costs, benefits, etc. are pretty much the same between brokers...especially if you are a buyer. The major thing as a buyer is how much you will be paying in closing costs. Sometimes you can get the seller to pay the closing costs; it is part of the negotiation.

We used TSS (Scot) and were quite pleased with them.
