here's my educated guess:
if it's two adults and 3 children: 1 room on Disney Visa; 1 room on the gift card.

If it's just you and the three kids i'm still betting the Disney Visa gets you the best price.

Like the other poster has noted. Sometimes you just HAVE to do the math. This would be somewhat easier to predict if your kids were 9, 8 and 3!
