If you are looking at staying on property, with five in your family your resort choices are more limited. You can stay in a deluxe resort that has two queen beds and a daybed. You can stay at POR (moderate) that has two full beds and a trundle. You can stay in the All Star Family Suite, which has a queen bed in the bedroom, and two single and one double fold out in the living room. You can rent points from a DVC owner for a two bedroom DVC. Of course, you can also book two rooms, but they aren't guaranteed to be connecting or even next to each other.
As far as meals, no meals are included in the Disney resort room rates. There is a dining plan that you can purchase as an add on, and depending on which plan you purchase, you will either get three full meals at your choice of restaurant, or one table service, one counter service, and one snack per day. Occasionally they offer the dining plan free as a promotion, but there is no guarantee they will do that in the future.
If you are looking at off property locations, you might want to try the Orlando Hotel and Attraction forum just a few choices down on the home page. There are several off property hotels that could both hold a five member family and include breakfast as well.
