Who wants to give me their favorite Disney date night spots? My top pick is California Grill, but I'm not sure we'll be able to snag a reservation for that. I *usually* gravitate to a fancy dinner for a special night but I'm open to thinking outside the box.

Ooh fun! We are going for our first adults-only trip in August for a wedding, so curious to see what others say too! Some things we were thinking about:

Dinner at Wine Bar George and Cirque du Soleil tickets in Disney Springs
Dinner at Citricos or California Grill
Doing Epcot and getting to spend time in La Cava del Tequila and Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar, which we never get to do with the kids in tow!
Dinner at Flying Fish and then going to the dueling piano bar

We had two date nights over 10 nights on one trip. Eating and drinking around the world was my favorite. The second was dinner at CG and we did get to see fireworks in between courses. Both were nice but I can do a fancy dinner at home.

Aside from the food recommendations You're getting I highly recommend checking out Jellyrolls on a weekend. SO fun 🙌 The Edison was always a great place to end the night after dinner when they have the late night entertainment going on. Not sure how these 2 places have changed since covid though as far as entertainment being back and how often etc

Narcoossee’s and watching the Magic Kindgom fireworks and Electric Light Pageant from the deck there . Don’t forget to have the almond crusted cheesecake!

How about going to the lounge at the top of the CSR tower? Great views up there and a limited food menu.

Topolino’s at the Riviera resort is very nice. The food is delicious & there is an outdoor patio with beautiful views. The grounds are beautiful with some nice quiet seating areas. Depending where you’re staying it’s also a nice ride on the skyliner get there.

So many options:
Our favorites:
Toppolinos, time it so you can see harmonius either before or after your meal from the balcony.
Jiko
California Grill, timed to see the fireworks
Flying Fish
Wine Bar George for drinks
Narcoossees, get your ADR late enough to enjoy the fireworks and see the Electric Water Pageant.

In Epcot my wife loves nothing better than to go to the France Pavilion and we get some food from the quick service bakery and find a good spot outside to relax and eat. Not quite a fancy spot but she loves it! lol

The wife and I enjoyed California Grill when we went in 2019, but that was before the fixed menu. We are going to sneak in Steakhouse 71 on our trip next month.

Whatever you can't do with kids that you can't also do at home.

I've done Jock Lindsay's Hangar Bar.

This time around we're doing Jiko.

Snacking around the world is also a favorite (although our unfortunate children get dragged along for that! 😆)

Snacking around the world or Disney Springs is another idea I'm kind of drawn to. Just eating and drinking but no reservation. Sounds kind of freeing!
