I am having 2nd thoughts about booking the dinner with Cinderella at Cinderella's Royal Table. Should I try to book a dinner at 1900 Park Fare and cancel the Royal Table? I have heard there is not much interatction with Cinderella except for when you enter the castle. My 5yr old LOVES Cinderella and I don't want her to be too upset if she does not come table to table.

Who has had experiences with either dinner? Pros? Cons?
Help me choose.... Oh our trip is in May so I need to get on this ASAP..

thanks

As someone whose experienced both, I'd pick 1900 Park Fare hands down now that the Castle has changed so much (since Feb 5).

However, if you've never been to the Castle before, it might be nice to experience it once.

1900 Park Fare has Cinderella, Prince Charming, Perla and Suzy and the Fairy Godmother so its a great alternative to the Castle for a child that LOVES Cinderella.

Also, the buffet is great and its much cheaper then the Castle.

We did the CRT Dinner for our DD4 and she really loved the whole experience. She wanted to go into the castle from the moment we arrived at the Magic Kingdom for our first trip and so being "invited" to the castle for dinner was something worth waiting for. Our family had a very magical feeling walking into the lobby to meet with Cinderella (no one else was in there at 4:45PM??? Did we get lucky having the "first" dinner time???) so we got lots of time with Cinderella and she was very sweet to my daughter. The adventure of exploring the castle was fun for all. Kids view things differently than us and are not too concerned about food quality and budgets, so from the experience for my children it was "worth it". We will be looking for a different hopefully less expensive(probably not) magic next time but I am very glad we booked/kept the castle dinner ADR for the atmosphere.

We loved the 1900 Park Fare. The buffet was great-everyone found something to satisfy themselves. Cinderella came to our table 2 or 3 times and we never felt rushed. We did this dinner on the night we arrived and it was a perfect start to a magical week.

We did both restaurants for dinner last trip (Oct 05). Cinderella was downstairs in the lobby and she was really fabulous. She was able to visit with each family more than once because they didn't crowd that waiting area. So that character interaction was wonderful. Since they've changed the whole dining thing I can't speak for what to expect there now.

At Park Fare, although the interaction wasn't as long it was nice. And my dd5 was especially thrilled when Prince Charming kissed her!

My vote would be for 1900 Park Fare. IMHO the character interaction - and the food are much better than at the Castle. Also, Prince Charming is really wonderful with the little girls - and he's at 1900 Park Fare. He truly treats them like royalty.
