Best Diaper bags??

My niece is having a baby, so I'm looking for a diaper bag for her. In doing research, there are a lot of them out there and it's a bit overwhelming. So, I'm turning to my Disboards family for help!
I would love to hear from y'all which diaper bag do you love the most and why. Which options did you find most helpful and which ones were just fluff that you really didn't use?

I can't find a link to the one we used so I'm not sure that they still make it but it was an Okkatots Travel Depot. It was backpack style and had so many features. It had a built-in insulated pocket to put bottles and such to keep them cold, a diaper dispenser, wipes pouch, keys/cellphone pouch, wet bag, changing pad, and so many additional pockets inside and out that you had a place to put everything and keep it organized. I also greatly preferred the backpack style as it was easier to carry (especially when carrying a baby) and didn't fall off if you bent over.

I strongly recommend getting something similar that's a backpack style with lots of pockets. I also recommend one that has zippers on any exterior pockets or anything you out in there will inevitably end up falling out at some point. With my first kid, we used one of the older, more traditional over the shoulder diaper bags with the one main pocket, an exterior pocket with velcro, and two side cinched pockets and it was terrible! Everything fell out of the outside pockets, so I had to throw everything haphazardly in the main one and everytime I breathed while carrying it, it seemed to fall off my shoulder.

Meanwhile my "traditional" diaper bag morphed into a nice overnighter bag!

We love our J is for Jeep Diaper Bag! It has held up amazing and looks brand new. Lots of nice pockets and is affordable.
