Is This Breakfast or BRUNCH?

Well, I'd call it brunch. It's served until 11 or so, when they switch over to lunch. But, you can order either individual breakfast dishes or the breakfast buffet.

I’m confused. What does this mean? Can’t be “too careful “ about what? IMO 11AM Breakfast at the Waveis not Brunch. Is that what you are telling me to be careful about?
Does an 11AM meal at the Wave include lunch entrees like beef,chicken, fish? Does it include salads and desserts? Or does it only include a buffet or menu items that offer eggs, bacon, sausage, omelettes, pastry, waffles, pancakes, bgels etc?
One is Breakfast.. one is Brunch

I may be leaning most towards Grand Floridian Cafe. I like the options on the menu of breakfast or lunch foods (didn’t realize that!) and would love to start the day off at the Grand Floridian. Still debating for the other day. I appreciate all of the input!

I would love to try the CG brunch, but we’re pretty light eaters and I’m a bit worried that we wouldn’t get to enjoy many of the offerings because we’d be full. I know people get their desserts wrapped to go, but is it possible to wrap what you don’t finish of your entree as well? I know you typically can’t get food wrapped at buffets, but since the entree isn’t part of buffet, I was wondering about the possibility.

You already said you’re not looking for a Sunday, but I just have to say that our brunch there was among the best dining experiences I ever had at WDW.

Outstanding in every way: the food, atmosphere, service, drinks. It was awesome. If you aren’t staying in the MK resort area and using WDW transportation, walk there from/to the MK bus station. It’s amazingly close & with AYCE mimosas, you’ll be glad you left the driving to Disney. LOL!
