Hi All!
I am a bit rusty in my Disney vacation planning. We went to Disney World 2 years ago and Disneyland was before that. When we went to Disneyland last they had the buy the adult tickets get the kids hoppers free - our kids were also "kids" then and now need adult tickets (they are 10). Anyway, I am wondering if the deal now for $184 for a 5 day hopper pass is a good deal, or should I be looking for a different promotion or code? Thanks in advance!

Well, I was just looking online at the Disney site at 5 day tickets for our August trip and the cost is $209. So that does sound like a good deal. We plan to upgrade to deluxe APs though, which is only $100 more (actually a little less). Even if we only go one more time the next summer, getting APs now is still cheaper. If they will offer a better promotion, I just don't know.

Looks like you missed the 5 days for the price of 3 offer on the DLR site thru Sept 30. $184. :)

I'm not sure about the price for a 5 day, but at lastminutetravel.com 4 day tickets are only 155. Thats where we're getting ours :)

Try last minute travel .com. They have the best pricing right now. I just purchased 5 day hoppers for $158/pp adult. When you go to the website click on activities and then choose anaheim and theme parks. As I have stated on a previous thread, add the tickets to the cart from that first page. If you click on more info, the pricing is different for some reason! But I added from that first page and checked out and the pricing stayed the lower pricing.

Hope that helps! Have a great trip, and happy planning:goodvibes

Hi there, first post for me after lurking a bit.
I think AAA still has the 5 day hopper for the price of 3 for $184. That was what I was going to buy, but now I'm thinking about Last Minute Travel. AAA does give you a few perks but not really $40 worth.
We're not going until June and I don't want to purchase anything until we get closer to our date of travel considering that anything could come up and we can't make our trip. Plus I'd like to hear how this Last Minute Travel thing works out for people. It sounds too good to be true since they are so much cheaper than other passes, but it sounds like it's working out for people.

I just KNEW you guys would know of a better deal! Thanks so much!!!

I have never heard of lastminutetravel.com before. Are they legitimate?

Search on the Disneyland board for a thread that was titled something like "where do you buy your tickets?" or something like that. Lots of advice and people who have used last minute travel. com
I am thinking of using them but am hoping for a good deal soon for our annual Father's Day trip. We just can't afford annual passes right now.

I have a question about lastminutetravel.com Do they mail you your tickets? Are they will call at the park? Or do you have to go to an office to pick them up? I couldn't find the answer anywhere on their site. TIA!

Which Disneyland board are you talking about?

That lastminutetravel site is so temperamental. I cannot get it to add the tix to the cart no matter what I do!

I was wondering about them too. Do they mail you the tix, or can you print them out? They are legit you say?

Does anyone know if you buy the LMT deal for 3 day park hoppers, what amount gets credited towards an AP upgrade? The price paid or the value of the ticket?

I'd buy the AP outright before going, however plans changed and we are arriving 4/24/10 which is a blackout date, so better to upgrade after we get there.

They email you a voucher, you print that out and take it to the customer service desk where they will print you out actual tickets. Very quick and easy! I bought six 5 day hoppers off from them.

What are the tickets like? Are they like paper credit cards or something different?

Am I just an idiot or is anyone else having trouble adding tix to their cart? I select the 5 day park hoppers, change the # to "2" then click "add to cart" but nothing happens!
