Best deal for WL at New Year's??

hi everyone! we're going to WDW over new year's, staying at WL for 5-6 nights. i'm wondering how to get the best discount, and what percentage discount i can anticipate. we won't be getting an annual pass this time, so any other ideas would be appreciated! the WL is so expensive over the holiday!

If you're checking in after 12/19, chances are there won't be any discounts available. At least that's how it was last year.

As far as I know, there are never discounts from at least 12/23- 1/01, and the holiday rates are unbelievable!

The only discount that I saw would apply to anytime is Disney's comeback offer, 40% off any resort any time.

I am not sure if they still offer that any more. If they do, it may be worth it to go for a cheap trip just to get the comeback offer for the holiday time.

I agree ... I wouldn't count on a discount for such a busy time. I would book the best resort you can at what you can afford now and wait for possible codes to come out. I believe that codes last year ended with check-ins on 12/23.
