Is there a site that tells which days are best to visit which park? I know there is for Disney but what about the other parks?

We are planning on spending ten days, from Saturday (full week) to Monday and want to do Universal and Island of Adventure a combined total of three days. This will be the last week of August when Florida's kids are back at school. Would week days be better than weekends? Which parks or water parks would you do on the weekends? How about Kennedy Space center? Would a weekend day be OK for that? We have the Orlando Flex Ticket Plus so that will be a total of six parks or waterparks over the ten day period as well as Kennedy.

Any thoughts?

There isn't a site that I am aware of that lists best days for Universal. The last week in August is usually not crowded, but the least crowded days at Universal and Islands of Adventure are Monday-Thursday.

Thanks Phamton. Do you think that the water parks are generally less crowded on the weekends than the major parks? Or maybe SeaWorld on a weekend?

I've got to figure out how best to spread this holiday out over the days I've got available.

The water parks are more crowded on the weekends due to the amount of locals who go. I would stick with weekday visits to the water parks...especially if it's really hot...like last fall.

Hmmm....we're in trouble!! We have ten days, four of them are weekends which are not good for either parks or waterparks....yuck!!

The space center and Universal Studios should be fine on a Saturday. I'd avoid the waterparks, Islands of Adventure, and Seaworld on Saturday though. Neither Islands of Adventure or Universal are too busy on Sunday though especially the last week in August.

Just a thought....The Unoffical Disney book says that weekends are least crowded for the 2 Disney Water Parks....

So, just wondering....I was thinking that we might get an onsite hotel for one night so that we can get the front of the line pass. We would arrive early afternoon Friday, check in and go to Universal for the afternoon. Than, the next morning, we would check out but I think we still get to keep the key that allows the front of the line priviledge...right? So, would than go to Island of Adventure for the Saturday. So, is this worth doing, even though it's a Saturday? Or, should we just forget about the hotel idea, stick to our original condo and just visit IofA sometime later during the week without the front of the line priviledge? Which is going to be the better idea?
