Best Days to visit US/IOA between Oct. 7-20th?

We're visiting Orlando between Oct. 7th and 20th.
We have Anual Disney Passes so spending most time there.
We will have two days at Universal/IOA (2 Day Park To Park Tickets, so visiting both Parks each day) and wonder what Dates will be the best.
We have thought about Tues 9th or Wed. 10th and the second visit for Tues 16th or Wed 17th (but at 17th US are only open till 5, what seems to be give us 3 Hours less).
Any recommandations?

Sunday seems to be less crowded than other days for IoA.

The Studios closes early on nights when Halloween Horror Nights is staged so you might want to go on a Monday or Tuesday so you can stay later than 5pm. HHN does not affect IoA crowds so you're good if you wanted to visit another day. IoA closes at 7pm for October.
