Best days to go during president's week

We are going for the first time to IOA and Universal during president's week. I know it will be busy - we have the express passes and will have early entry. Trying to figure out the best days to go to the parks. We have the 4 day park to park. Looking at the schedule, one day (thurs 21) universal closes early. Is that a bad day to go to the parks? Also - are parks more crowded when there is a concert - 23 is a concert. We have from weds - monday to pick 4 days (weds and mon travel days...but enough time for 3/4 days in park). For nw I was thinking weds, fri, sunday and mnday... Thanks!

Based on last year, President's day itself was more reasonable than the whole week prior. If you can do the following Sun & Mon I would think those would be great.

EP (as in unlimited onsite guest type) makes most dates doable other than majorholidays. That said, we’ve done weeks including prior & post to President’s day. IMO crowds are less leading up to the actual date, except if the race is scheduled in daytona that weekend.

It’s not as slow as February tends to be, but wouldn’t put it as busy as summer (espeically 4th of July & nearby weekends)

Concert days always more crowded, especially if a hot draw.

Make sure to check out the various crowd calendars - undercover tourist is good, prefer touring plans but not sure if that is subscription

If you have unlimited express pass, just pick whatever 4 days fits best for you. The EP will take care of any crowding issues.

Is it bad to go on a day when universal closes @ 6 -does that make the parks more crowded during the day, or just at IOA when universal closes? Thanks!!
