I used to go to a web site that would give you a good idea of what park to visit on what days because of crowds and I lost the link, any ideas where to find this info, or do you know?

I think they are still trying to see data to determine which days are best, since the Magic Hour Mornings were added last fall.

We have been twice since they came back, and we found that if you are trying not to do Magic Hour, the following works well:

Tuesday: Magic Kingdom
Friday: MGM
Friday or Saturday: Epcot
Sunday: Animal Kingdom

If you are doing Magic Hour Morning, I would suggest:
Monday: Animal Kingdom then hop to MGM
Tuesday: MGM then hop to Epcot
Wednesday: Epcot then hop to MK
Thursday: Magic Kingdom, although Sundays were good there, too!-- then hop to Epcot or Animal Kingdom.

After checking Dopey Sharon's link, I noticed it was different than the days I found at another site.

Anyone know which looks most accurate? We're going over spring break and since the parks will be so busy, I'd really like to know.

If you are going during spring break, there really is no "good" time to go--- it is GOING to be CROWDED! You will definitely want to take advantage of fast pass and early entry. Don't wait until afternoon to go to the parks. Get to the gates about an hour early and stand there and wait. If you can be one of the 1st through the gates, it will definitely give you an advantage. Also, if you don't need a stroller, or even if you do, line up to the left side. The lines are often shorter. Then, if you need a stroller, send one person in your party to get it, and the others go into the park and line up for an attraction... plan a meeting place.

I think the info from the site you posted is a little outdated. I'm pretty sure the busiest days, they listed, used to be the EE days for those parks.

If you don't do the EE, I've always gone to a given park the day after they had EE. It's worked well for me in the past..
