Best Days of the Week?

I just booked a trip to WDW and US/IOA for Sept. I arrive Mon. Sept 9 and leave Tue Sept 17. I can't believe I REALLY did it. I'll believe it when I get my MasterCard bill tho. I'm doing 5 days at WDW and 2 at US/IOA. My question is this:

Which 2 days should I go to US/IOA? I'm staying at the Clarion MG on Hwy 192, so I may rent a car for the 2 days I'm doing US/IOA. What are the slowest Days of the week there? Or for that matter, which days are busiest? I arrive 1 wk after Labor Day, so the crowds should'nt be a problem, but you never know. Thanks everyone.

The best days to go are Sundays and Mondays.
