Best Days for Water Parks?

With a longer trip in the works this summer, we're planning on hitting both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach during our holiday... but I notice they don't appear in crowd calendars.

Are there better/worse days to visit the water parks? (I know weather can play a factor, but I'm wondering if days of the week or schedules for other parks make a big difference to how busy the water parks are).

Many thanks in advance for any help/insight you can offer!

Weekdays while school is in session seem to be best! Like all the other parks, get there at rope drop.
Have fun!

In the summer, it's not going to make much difference when you go. Just fit it into your plan where ever it fits best.

When is spring break for local kids? We are planning to visit water parks on 3/28 and 3/29.

I know you can't plan for weather, but rainy days are a good option to me. We went to Blizzard Beach in July on a rainy Saturday. It was nice to us. The park wasn't crowded at all. There was no line at all for teamboat springs and a lot of the tub rides you almost walked right on. I think it was because of the rain. We didn't have any thunder storms either though, so the rides never shut down. You're wet at a water park anyway so to me it was the best way to spend a rainy day!

I agree! Rainy days are excellent times to go. I find it so very strange that when it starts raining a little bit people leave because it's raining....uh, you're in a water park so you're likely already wet. So strange!

I've heard some thought (don't know how true it really is) that going at the beginning of a week is best since people coming for a week vs action are going to want to hit the theme parks first and water parks/Disney Springs later in the week. That said, we typically go to TL in early to mid June each year and the crowd level always seems about the same.

It's probably a good idea to avoid the weekends, since more locals would probably go Saturday and Sunday.
