First post here, I'd like to say I'm excited in visiting Disneyland in Paris, last time I went it was the 5th Anniversary 10 years ago

I now have a choice to visit either on Friday 5th September or Saturday 6th September, but I'd like to know which day will be the less crowded/more enjoyable, hence which day would you choose to visit the park.

On Saturday the park is open 2 hours more, is it worth taking the risk going on Saturday for the extra 2 hours, or will those hours be lost in longer queues?

Please give your views :cheer2:

:welcome:

Personally, I think the friday will be quieter, because the weekends are generally much busier, so I don't think you'd get much of a gain from the extra 2 hours in the parks.

My vote went to Friday as you'll probably get more from a weekday visit than a Saturday.

Friday for me too! A lot less day visitors hopefully!

Friday for me too. We've just got back and Friday was much quieter. Saturday was really crowded.

Im going with HaloOfJoy, and just want to add - at this time of year the summer holiday is pretty much at an end, schools are back, is it fair to think that it wont be so packed on a saturday as it will mostly be teenagers not family going?

I'd say Friday it's a cross over day, people will just be arriving for weekend trips and people who have done a mid week trip will be leaving so it won't be as busy.

Hi HaloOfJoy and Joyofhalo, a big DIS welcome to both of you! :welcome:

IMO you've made the right decision there :thumbsup2 hopefully Friday won't be too busy as the schools are back whereas Saturdays are always busy!

When I was about to order the tickets I came across this:

"Date of visit must be selected on the day of purchase. Valid for one day within a 30 day period from the selected date of visit."

And

"Your ticket will be vaild for a period of 30 days from the selected date."

Does this mean, if I chose my date as Friday, and for whatever reason I decide on the day I'd like to go Saturday instead, would it be possible to get in a day later from the date selected?
