Best Day to Go-When annual passholders are blocked

I have started to notice a change at Disneyland. I am a premium passholder so I go all different times. If I go when only Premium is allowed the parks are not as busy. However, if the other annuals are available it is packed. I have a feeling it is because of the new monthly payment program. It is making people by the pass so they are coming more to the parks. I feel this is why the jump in ticket price as well. Last night it was insane at the park. Lines were over 90 minutes on major attractions. It's Oct?? I see no reason it should be packed.Any thoughts?? Are others seeing this change??

Also, I think attendance has gone up in october because of all the Halloween stuff they have at DLR now and especially this year with the new ghost gallaxy and new fireworks show. From a business perspective Disney was pretty smart to play up the halloween stuff in order to get more people in the park during what is normally a slow time but it's sort of frustrating that there is never an "off" season any more.
