Best day to arrive, cancellations

Is there a better day to arrive to maximize your chances of getting your requested loop. (ie if we arrive Sunday will most people be leaving Sunday to go home or should we arrive in the middle of the week, or does it matter?) Just trying to finalize dates. Also if we make reservations and we need to change days or cancel is there any monetary penalty??

There really is no specific day that is better than another. Just fax in your request a few days before your arrival to the FW front desk. The only time we did not get our request was new years a few years ago otherwise we have never had a problem.
