Best day of the week to book online?

After attempting to do a search, I came up empty handed. I know I saw a previous post somewhere regarding an article that told you when airlines added empty seats into their systems overnight. Can anybody help me with this?

Wednesday is the day they usually come out with the deals. But nowadays it pays to look every day.

I got my great deal on USAir on a Wednesday night in February (went from $750 a ticket to $183), so that may be the day to check! I've also found they change their schedules the first Sunday morning of the month, that may be a time to snag a deal if they change to a bigger plane.

Delta ticket prices change on Tuesday many times. I got a great deal in January for a February flight. It was $111 from Louisville to MCO.

I have tickets for the 19th of this month but not nearly as good a deal as the $111. I noticed they change on Tuesdays and sometimes on Thursdays.
