Best day of he week to visit?

DH,DD and I will be spending a week in orlando beginning 8/30. We will be spending most of our time at disney but want to spend one day at IOA and Universal. Already have the 2park-1day passes and since we were there last Nov. we just want to hit the following attractions;

IOA: Spiderman, Stormforce,Popeye, Dudley-do-rite, All of seuss landing and unicorn rollercoaster

UNI: Shrek, Jimmy Neutron, MIB,Woody's rollercoaster and ET

My plan was to head to Uni at opening, go straight to shrek then neutron followed by the others, then head over to IOA and start at Seuss landing leaving Spiderman and the water rides for last.

Is this doable and what day of the week do you suggest? We were thinking of Wednesday since it is after labor day and crowds should be down, the again I thought we might be able to go Monday (labor day) and still be able to hit everything.

Any opinions or advice would really be appreciated.

If it was a regular week, monday seems to be the concensus here for the time with the less traffic in the park. Since that will be a Monday holiday, my guess will be Tuesday being the quietest time.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you get the 2 park 1 day pass in advance? My understanding was that you can only buy it at the gate on the day of arrival.

SpideyHulk24 I ordered the tickets through the Univeral Orlando Fan Club. I placed the order over the phone and they arrived within 10 days or maybe a little less.

I agree, Tuesday, the day after Labor Day, should be pretty quiet, though Wednesday may not be a bad choice either.
