Best day for USF

Is there a best day to visit US in early November crowdwise? We don't have FOL so how long should we expect to wait for some of the most popular rides? Also, has anyone rented strollers here and could a 2 year old nap in one? Thanks!

I would try earlier in the week, like a Sunday or Monday.
