We've never been to Sea World Orlando (been to San Diego location several times) and I wanted to add a day to our trip in Nov/Dec.

Which day would be the least crowded?? The Day before Thanksgiving (Nov.22nd) or Saturday December 2nd. I know the begining of December is low season, but since it's a Saturday, I figure it will be crowded. Also the hours for the day before Thanksgiving are only 9am-6pm, so I guess Sea World figures it won't be crowded.

Any have any experience during these times.

Thanks a bunch!

I was also thinking about going the day before Th'giving and was wondering about the crowds...

The week around Thanksgiving will be busier as people will take a few extra days off for vacations. The first 2 weeks in December are usually sloweer. IMO it's the best time to visit any of the parks.

Thanks Christypl! I knew the first couple weeks of December are slower, but I wasn't sure if Saturdays were always busy.

Thanks for the response.

:thumbsup2 ,

We are taking a trip to WDW the second week in Dec. and are considering doing Sea World Sat. Dec. 16th. I figure it may be busier, but the disney parks will probably be busier that day b/c locals like to come see the Christmas decorations on weekends. How bad will a Sat. in the middle of Dec. be at Sea World? Thanks!

Hi,

This might be of some interest to you. I called 2 wks. ago to make our reservations for Dine With Shamu for Dec. 2 and they told me that a company had booked every table for this that day. So it sounds like that might put extra people in the park on Dec 2. Sounds like a company day or something. I got reservations for Dec 3 with no problems. She said she had plenty of tables open for that day. Just wanted to share that little tidbit of info.

Got to SW, you'll love it.

The Unofficial Guide to WDW(get one before your trip and read the whole thing--it will really help) has a day by day crowd figure for Disney, figure SW to be proportional. Scale of 1 to 10, 4 is the lowest it gets all year. Example: Dec 24 thru 31 is all 10's. Forget it.

Nov 22 7
Nov 23 8
Nov 26 to Dec 15 almost all 4, with a few weekend 6
Dec 2 6

Nov 26 thru Dec 1 is all 4. All of the parks will be great then.

But Dec 2 is a tiny bit les crowded than Nov 22.

Thanks for letting me know!! I think we're leaning more towards the day before Thanksgiving, because it's seems to be working better with our schedule. We'll just plan on arriving at opening to get as much done before too many people arrive.
